5 Axis CNC Machining

Numeric Concept & Design has the ability to machine five sides of the part in one setup. With the additional axes, the cutting tool can approach the part from all directions in a single setup, enabling any sort of cut imaginable. The extra axes allow the machine to seamlessly cut complex geometry into almost any material. Undercutting is made simple as the additional movements allow for machining arcs and angles that could only be accomplished through multiple setups or fixtures on a 3-axes machine. The possible machining capabilities are endless.

4 Axis CNC Machining

With our turning and milling CNC machining centers, we are able to provide high quality machining with full 4 axis capabilities. We are experienced in machining various shapes of castings, as well as tube sheet drilling and 3D milling.
